As Director of Business Development, Nicole now directs all of the Coaching, Training and Business Development efforts at SourceOne Realty for existing sales associates and new Realtors entering the business. She orchestrates a multi-tier program, customized to the experience level and skill set of each salesperson. Nicole incorporates all the "best practice" tricks of the trade and couples them with current technology to make it easy for sales associates to reach set goals and have fun in the process.
Nicole takes pride in her work and gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner. She's been involved in the development and implementation of nearly every new company program in the organization, as well as some overall policy improvements.
In order to expand her knowledge in the Real Estate business, Nicole became a licensed salesperson in 2004. She is a Quality Service Certified Broker Associate who continues to demonstrate an exemplary level of commitment to clients, fellow associates and the staff.
