In 1999, Dave was well-known and respected top-producing Chicago agent. In 2002, he was given the opportunity to open a new branch office in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood together with a national franchise. This office quickly became the most productive in the company. Dave later continued this success with the company's Hinsdale branch office. A national search was being done for a replacement of a retiring Chief Executive Officer in 2003, and this lead the national franchise Board of Directors to Dave Hanna, Jim Roth and Bill White. Together they served as the managing partners from 2004 through 2006.
In early 2007, Dave and Bill handed off the thriving brokerage to new owners and created SourceOne Realty. Already outpacing the market, the company has embodied the forward-looking attitude that Dave and Bill have so critically believed is a keystone to success in today’s Real Estate industry. This thriving model makes use of technology, strong sales skills, careful studies of consumer behavior and an array of exceptional tools that allow agents to optimally serve clients buying and selling homes in today's marketplace. Many of these "tools of the trade" are non-existent or underutilized in the day-to-day activities of other brokers. Coupled with a culture of success and a focus on the educated customer, Dave sees SourceOne Realty agents excelling in their business and consistently giving the company a solid advantage over competitors.
Dave earned his degree in American Literature with a minor in economics from Michigan State University. He has a strong background in real estate brokerage, development and construction. A student of the industry, he is active in the local Chicago Association of Realtors® and National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Dave Hanna is currently President of the Chicago Association of Realtors® (CAR board).
Dave has volunteered at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago for over a decade. He and his wife live in the city and are busy parents with four school-age children. Dave and his wife are avid equestrian enthusiasts. When Dave is not working, he can be found with his children, on a horse (or tractor) at the family farm.

Nicole Domico

Profile of Success
As Director of Business Development, Nicole now directs all of the Coaching, Training and Business Development efforts at SourceOne Realty for existing sales associates and new Realtors entering the business. She orchestrates a multi-tier program, customized to the experience level and skill set of each salesperson. Nicole incorporates all the "best practice" tricks of the trade and couples them with current technology to make it easy for sales associates to reach set goals and have fun in the process.
Nicole takes pride in her work and gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner. She's been involved in the development and implementation of nearly every new company program in the organization, as well as some overall policy improvements.
In order to expand her knowledge in the Real Estate business, Nicole became a licensed salesperson in 2004 and Brokers license in 2009. She is a Quality Service Certified Broker Associate who continues to demonstrate an exemplary level of commitment to clients, fellow Realtor associates and the staff. Her skills in the business have multiplied year after year and made her one of the best in-house resources at SourceOneRealty.com.

Diane Wilkens

Profile of Success
Diane joined SourceOne Realty with over 11 years of prior real estate marketing experience, having worked for two other large franchise firms in the Chicago market area. She has given SourceOne Realty a new, fresh consumer-oriented image that has set a warm, friendly tone for the company, sales associates and staff.
During her time at Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate, Diane managed an in-house advertising staff of eight. Her role there included monitoring property inventory, allocating ad expenditures and training for new real estate sales associates on advertising/marketing tools and techniques. Standards were especially high, having been the exclusive local affiliate for Sotheby's International Realty. She was involved in the launches of many new construction high-rise development projects, including Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago. She was also involved in special projects and public relations needs for the Trump ground breaking ceremony and ongoing exclusive sales events.
At SourceOne Realty, Diane serves as the Director of Marketing, overseeing their annual marketing budgets and serving the Creative Director role. In more recent months, she's given the company marketing a new, fresh look, to better brand Sourceone as the choice, full service real estate in Chicago and Suburbs.
Diane served on the Marketing Advisory Board for her prior company's national franchise in 2006 and 2007. The Board was comprised of influential real estate marketing veterans within the U.S. and Canadian network. She also hosted their annual three-day Marketing Forum Conference, in Chicago, with 125 out-of-town attendees.
Diane has lived in Chicago most of her life. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management and has since completed additional art training in graphic design, typography, color theory, animation, pre-press at two well-known Chicago design schools.
