DAVID E. HANNA WITH REALTOR® OF THE YEAR, SERVICE AWARD

Hanna was presented with the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year award Wednesday evening, September 30, 2009 at the annual Chicago Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) Inaugural Banquet. Ginger Downs, CEO of C.A.R., presented Hanna with the award during the event held at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Chicago.
The REALTOR® of the Year Award is the highest and most coveted award of C.A.R. Recipients of this award demonstrate outstanding contributions to C.A.R., the Illinois Association of Realtors® (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Hanna was also commended for his C.A.R. volunteer work in board membership, advocacy, media affairs and external relations. C.A.R. CEO added that Hanna’s eloquence, forward-thinking attitude and passion for the industry were all traits that have benefited the Chicago Realtors® organization.

SOURCEONE REALTY HOSTS golf, BINGO, DINNER EVENT for sunshine kids™ Charity
Golf and Bingo fundraising event planned in Darien, IL to benefit children’s cancer charity
CHICAGO – SourceOne Realty and RealtorS® Laura Marquardt and Victor Majovsky are hosting the 5th annual Sunshine Kids™ charity event on Tuesday September 15, 2009 at the Carriage Greens Country Club (8700 Carriage Greens Drive in Darien, Illinois) to benefit the Sunshine Kids™ Foundation, a non-profit organization, dedicated to helping children affected by cancer. The Foundation provides a full range of support services and group activities for children receiving cancer treatments in medical facilities across North America, including Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
The event is open to the public. Activities will include a day of golf, afternoon martini bingo and banquet dinner with multiple gift raffles and silent auctions. Attendees may participate in one event or all three. The proceeds will all benefit the Sunshine Kids™. Sponsorship opportunities are available at any price range and gift baskets are being accepted for the event raffle/auction prizes. Golf Hole Sponsorships this year are being sold at $100 each and all sponsorships are tax deductible.
